Join the Team at Activate Bærum: Game Facilitator

Enter the Game! We are looking for energetic, positive, and customer focused Game Facilitators to join our Activate Games team in Bærum! This role combines movement, technology, and entertainment, and above all, great vibes. You will make each guest’s day unforgettable and guide them into immersive live action game worlds where movement, strategy, laughter, and teamwork take center stage.

What you will be doing

You are the first face guests see when they walk through our doors. Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greeting and welcoming guests, you are the first smile they see!

• Handling payments and bookings at the counter

• Responding to guest emails and phone enquiries

• Facilitating games and giving clear instructions before guests enter the game zones

• Handling birthday parties and group bookings from enquiry to the day itself

• Supporting and encouraging players during the games while creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back

• Maintaining game rooms and equipment including cleanliness, upkeep and minor fixes

• Light sales and operational tasks such as group bookings, merchandise and the snack corner
  
  We are hiring for:

On call positions, part time positions and full time positions. You tell us what works for you, and we will find the right fit.

Who we are looking for

• You are a cheerful and energetic person who genuinely enjoys being around people and making them feel welcome. Customer service comes naturally to you, and your positive attitude is the kind that lifts the whole room.

• You are comfortable in a fast environment where things move quickly and no two moments are the same. You can manage several tasks at once without losing your calm or your smile. You are reliable, flexible, and the type of person who spots what needs to be done and just does it.

• We communicate with our guests in Norwegian and English, so being comfortable in both is a plus. That said, we are building an international team and Norwegian language skills are not a requirement for all positions.

• No previous work experience is needed. What matters most to us is your attitude, your enthusiasm, and your willingness to learn and grow with us.

• For Game Facilitator positions, previous experience in customer service, hospitality or the entertainment industry is considered an advantage, but never a requirement.
