Team Leader

(Full-time)

Location: Heron City, Stockholm

Enter the Game! Are you an inspiring, people-oriented team player who gets others excited and motivated? We are now looking for 2–3 energetic, positive Team Leaders to join Activate Games Heron City, Stockholm!

What the job includes:

• Ensure smooth daily operations and strong team performance

• Support, develop, and motivate team members to succeed – helping, coaching, and creating a positive atmosphere

• Maintain an excellent customer experience and high service quality during every shift

• Solve challenges and complaints with a smile, and escalate issues when needed

• Handle daily routines (cash register, reports, reservations, maintenance)

• Be responsible for the cleanliness of the venue and coordinating basic upkeep

• Act as an important link between the Manager and the team

In addition to the core responsibilities above, each Team Leader will take ownership of a specific focus area based on their skills, experience, and interests.

Examples of focus areas include:

Sales & Events

• Manage and grow group sales, including corporate bookings and children’s birthday parties

• Plan and organise events and special occasions, such as Father’s Day and seasonal events

• Coordinate event details and handle inquiries and email communication to create a smooth and memorable experience for every guest

People & Customer Experience

• Lead staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and daily communication to keep the team motivated and organised

• Oversee customer satisfaction surveys and manage feedback and reviews to improve the guest experience

• Build a positive, high-energy culture that connects people, performance, and customer happiness while acting as the key link between the team and management

Operations & Inventory

• Oversee facility maintenance, food & beverage stock, and merchandise sales to keep operations running smoothly

• Ensure all equipment, rooms, and materials are in top condition and ready for use

• Manage orders, deliveries, and stock levels to support seamless daily operations

• You enjoy practical, hands-on work

• Fluency in both English and Swedish is preferred, but the right fit is more important.

• You have experience in customer service, and preferably some supervisory experience

• Flexibility is appreciated – We are open 7 days a week. Peak times are evenings and weekends.

• Shifts may include daytime, evening, weekend, and red days as a regular part of your working hours
